Kunjungan kerja ke industri penerap SNI dalam rangka mendorong mereka Gamelanadalah gaya musik tradisional yang berasal dari Jawa dan Bali, dan siswa di BIS dapat mengakses bentuk ekspresi musik yang menarik ini melalui sesi yang berlangsung di BIS. Gamelan secara teratur dilakukan oleh siswa BIS di acara-acara publik dan di sekolah dan sering disertai oleh siswa yang melakukan tarian Bali. LombaTangkai Tari mengusung tema “Keberagaman Budaya” yang menekankan pada kreativitas dan inovasi yang mengacu pada tradisi dan tetap memertimbangkan kaidah etis dan estetis. Keberagaman budaya tidak hanya tercermin dari asal daerah para penari tetapi juga melalui olah gerak, rasa, dan mimik yang terpancar dari diri mereka. Vay Tiền Nhanh. Sesungguhnya hal ini merupakan ancaman terhadap keutuhan dan keaslian budaya lokal beserta pilar-pilar identitas yang membangunnya. Hal ini sangat nampak pada kesenian khususnya seni tari sebagai identitas budaya Bali, sehingga memerlukan revitalisasi terhadap tari Bali melalui konsensus bersama antara intelektual, seniman, tokoh-tokoh agama, beserta para pengusaha untuk merumuskan kembali kesenian dalam menghadapi era globalisasi. Berdasarkan latar dasar pikiran di atas, permasalahan yang diangkat dalam makalah ini adalah 1 Bagaimanakah pengembangan kamus seni tari Bali dalam upaya pelestarian bahasa dan budaya Bali? dan 2 Mengapa pengembangan kamus seni tari Bali dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya pelestarian bahasa dan budaya Bali? Berdasarkan analisis terhadap sejumlah data pustaka dan data di lapanan, dapat ditarik dua buah simpulan. Pertamapengembangan kamus seni tari Bali dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan model penelitian pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran model 4-D, yang meliputi Define, Design, Develop, pada tahap define terdiri atas 1 melakukan analisis kebutuhan dengan mengadakan survai terhadap aneka kamus bahasa Bali, khususnya kamus seni tari; 2 mengumpulkan data mentah berupa kata-kata atau istilah-istilah seni dari berbagai sumber lisan dan tertulis dan ditulis ke dalam daftar kata; 3 melakukan klasifikasi data secara alfabetis kemudian menggabungkannya menjadi satu satuan daftar kata. Kegiatan pada tahap designperancangan terdiri atas 1 menyusun draf kamus dengan langkah-langkah 1 menyusun lema kata/istilah yang tergolong istilah seni tari Bali sesuai urutan abjad berdasarkan data yang sudah dihasilkandan 2melakukan rekaman gerak tari; 3 mendeskripsikan makna istilah tari Bali ke dalam bahasa Indonesia da bahasa Inggris;i; 2 Melakukan FGD untuk penyempurnaan draf kamus dengan mengundang 1 perwakilan dinas kebudayan provinsi dan kodya/kabupaten se-Bali, 2 pakar perkamusan dari unsur perguruan tinggi, 3 pakar media, 4 pakar budaya, 5 pakar seni tari dan 6 pakar bahasa bahasa Bali, bahasa Indonesia; 4 melakukan vaildasi ahli dengan mengundang pakar perkamusan, pakar bahasa Bali, pakar bahasa Indonesia, dan pakar bahasa Inggris; dan 5 menyusun draf Kamus Seni Tari Bali Berbasis Teknologi AndroidBali—Indonesia—Inggris hasil validasi ahli. Kegiatan pada tahap developdilakukan dengan langkah-langkah mengembangkan kamus baik dari segi kuantitas maupun secara kualitas; 2 melakukan FGD untuk mendapatkan masukan terkait dengan pengembangan di atas; 3 melakukan uji efektivitas kamus Kegiatas pada tahap disseminate meliputi distribusi kamus baik yang cetak maupun yang android. Kedua penyusunan kamus seni tari Bali dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya peletarian bahasa dan budaya Bali karena 1kamus ini memiliki beberapa kelebihan yaitu menggunakan media gambar; berbasis teknologi android; dan menggunakan tiga bahasa Bali, Indonesia, dan Inggris. Dengan menggunakan media gambar, makna suatu istilah tari akan menjadi semakin jelas. Dengan dua keunggulan ini, seseorang akan lebih mudah belajar tari Bali. Kedua keunggulan ini juga mampu memotivasi pembelajar tari di Bali, khususnya, untuk membaca kamus seni tari dan belajar tari Bali; dan secara tidak langsung dapat menumbuhkembangkan rasa cinta terhadap bahasa Bali. Rasa cinta terhadap bahasa Bali sebagai salah satu cerminan sikap positif terhadap bahasa Bali merupakan modal utama untuk melestarikan bahasa Bali sekaligus budaya Bali. Hal ini bisa dipahami karena bahasa Bali merupakan salah satu unsur budaya Bali sekaligus pembentuk budaya Bali dan 2 Keberadaankamus seni tari semacam itu tidak hanya dalam rangka memperluas wawasan terhadap berbagai ungkapan simbolik seni budaya Bali, tetapi juga dalam rangka penguatan benteng budaya, pelestarian budaya, dan strategi budaya Bali. This dance has lexicons that can be found in its dance movements. However the Cendrawasih Dance at Buleleng is not widely known and has almost been forgotten, in addition it has been re-enacted. Furthermore, during dance practice, dancers changed some of the lexicons from Balinese to Indonesian. If these lexicons that use Balinese are rarely used , the language will experience extinction, and Balinese culture will be lost. Documenting and capturing the culture is one way to save it from extinction. This study aims to analyze the lexicons based on movements in Cendrawasih dance at Buleleng, along with the cultural meaning of the lexicons. This study was descriptive qualitative research using an ecolinguistics approach. The data were obtained through observation and interviews. The description of the lexicons that has been obtained was translated into English and then described. After that, lexicons that have cultural meanings will be described. The result found there are 26 lexicons related to the dance movements of Cendrawasih Buleleng. The lexicons are categorized into five types part of body movements, such as three lexicons in head movements, three lexicons in eye movements, nine lexicons in hand movements, nine lexicons in leg movements, and two lexicons in body movements. There are ten lexicons that have cultural meanings.... The data were collected from the documentation study and interviews with 62 people of Ubud. The researchers documented the synopsis of the story and analysed the implementation of the essence of the story in the everyday lives of the Ubud community. The results show that Tri Hita Karana education, based on the story, was that the Streaked Weaver believed in the existence of God. The element of human-to-human relations is shown when the Streaked Weaver was not happy to see the Monkey consumed other people’s fruits. The relationship between humans and nature is shown by the attitude of the Streaked Weaver, who got angry at the Monkey when he picked the fruits uncontrolled because it can harm nature conservation. This application uses a smartphone as a device to receive input in the form of a spoken word from a user. The approach used in recognition is Hidden Markov Model which is contained in the Pocketsphinx library. The phonemes used are Indonesian phonemes’ rule. The advantage of this application is that it can be used without internet access. In the application testing, word detection is done with four conditions to determine the level of accuracy. The four conditions are near silent, near noisy, far silent, and far noisy. In the United States, 90% of children who are deaf are born to parents who are not deaf and who do not know sign language [3]. In many cases, this means that the child will not be exposed to fluent sign language in the home and this can delay the child's acquisition of both their first signed language and a secondary written language [1]. Another consequence is that outside of school the child may not have easy access to people or services that can translate written English words into ASL signs. We have developed a prototype phone app that allows children who are deaf and their parents to look up ASL definitions of English words in printed books. The user aims the phone camera at the printed text, takes a picture and then clicks on a word to access the ASL definition. Millions of people worldwide are making an effort to restore or maintain their native language. However, there are many more failures than successes in stabilizing weak languages. One reason is that whenever a weak culture is in competition with a strong culture, it is an unfair match. There is also a kind of resistance among cultural groups to the idea that something is happening to their language. Older people may be talking the language, telling stories in it, and doing all the traditional things in it, but they are not likely to be teaching children the language. By this time it is usually too late, because a new language has entered the picture and a new language-culture relationship has developed. Another reason why language restoration is difficult is because people frequently settle for acquiring the language not as a mother tongue, but during the school experience. Relying solely on the school for language transmission is not effective because it focuses on literacy as opposed to the life of the language and its relationship to the culture. Reversing language shift needs to include strategies directed toward family life, culture building, and promoting a sense of community. Schools alone cannot do this; it will take a concerted effort among all members of a cultural group to ensure that effective strategies are being implemented to foster language transmission from generation to generation.
